ZeroPong Refund/Return Policy

ZEROPONG LIMITED WARRANTY - ZeroPong guarantees the original Purchaser with 30 DAYS free parts and labor from the date of delivery in the unlikely event of any product defect caused by material or workmanship.  The product should be returned with proof of purchase and the original packaging.  The returned product should be freight prepaid and fully insured for one way transit by the Purchaser within valid warranty period.  The product will be repaired, replaced or refunded at ZeroPong's discretion.  Purchaser will be notified by telephone or email.

  NO WARRANTY:

a. Used rubber

b. Equipment with physical damaged due to mishandling or abused

c. Wear from normal play 

d. Used balls

e. Custom bats or other products made to the customers specifications.
